Grade 6 St Andrew’s Prep pupil, Christopher Pretorius became the youngest member ever to be selected to join the well-known St Andrew’s College Pipe Band. Christopher began lessons on the Chanter at the beginning of Grade 5 and, with a lot of practise, progressed quickly. His teacher, Murray Roodt was Pipe Major when he was at St Andrew’s College.
