City Pirates is one of two Grahamstown sides in the Cacadu league and they will be looking to up their game in the second round if they hope to win their stream. The Cacadu section of the competition is made up of four streams, each made up of eight sides from a region. The winner of each stream will then take part in play-offs. The winner of the play-offs will represent Cacadu at the provincial championships.
Also in the Cacadu league from Grahamstown are Eleven Attackers, who are currently at the bottom of the log. They will be desperately looking for a few wins in the second round in order to avoid the promotion/relegation play-offs. If they finish bottom of the log after the second round and then lose the play-offs, they could be relegated to the Makana Local Football Association league.
The Stream A log leaders are All Stars, with 16 points, followed by City Pirates on 13 points. Moving up to third place after their last win against City Pirates are Young Chiefs, on 12 points. Eleven Attackers are in eighth position, on four points.
