Niesing says they were aware that the municipality was planning to work on the power station in Hillsview, but they were told the work would not affect their business.
He says several attempts to reach the municipality were unsuccessful. When he eventually got through he was referred to the deputy director of technical services, MJ Siteto, who was unavailable.
The firm anticipates a loss in terms of turnover and reputation, as their business revolves around correspondence. Municipal officials were unavailable for comment.
