What is your greatest ambition in life?
A good balance between home and work.
Is there something about you that nobody knows?
I started eating pork at a very late stage of my life.
What is your most embarrassing moment?
I was in a hurry and I had a silver Citi Golf, and next to mine, was a Golf of the exact same colour. I started to open the door when I realised it was not mine and the passenger was looking at me. I apologised to the owner then left. After that I learnt to check registration numbers.
Who are your top three dinner guests?
Mozart, Jan Blohm and Koos Kombuis.
Which three things you would take with you on a deserted island?
Matches, my Jan Blohm CD collection and a torch.
If you were a cartoon character, who would you like to be?
Garfi eld, I love Garfield!
Which words would you use to describe yourself?
Organised, humble, dedicated and faithful.
What is your favourite recipe?
My own hamburgers.
What do you do in your spare time?
I swim.

Anything work-related.

I have got four favourites, all by Jan Blohm.
What are the best and worst of things about Grahamstown so far?
The best is the amenities. The town has all the amenities the big cities have. The worst is the wind. Where I stay, the wind blows like hell.
