Easter denotes Jesus’ resurrection as one of awe, wonder, and reverence. A great deal happened to Jesus in the week preceding his crucifixion.
We too need to reflect on what has happened, and with the meaning of the resurrection, what does the future hold in a richer, deeper relationship with God in Christ?

On Easter Sunday, we celebrate the gift of salvation. Perhaps this celebration is best described in the classic hymn Because He Lives.
“Because He lives I can face tomorrow Because He lives all fear is gone Because I know He holds the future And life is worth living Just because He lives.”
This song tells us that because of the power of the cross, we need not have any worries or fears. We can put all of our faith in Christ and know that He will help and protect us.
And, most of all, through the power of the cross, we know that we will be forgiven of our sins and one day go to live with Him for eternity.
As we are going to travel to various destinations to celebrate Easters let us drive safely and have a blessed Easter and let’s reflect on what happened to our Lord Jesus Christ. The most important thing is to obey and apply what you have learnt about the Easter celebrations. John 3:16
